We Are Hiring  I  Club Support Team

As part of the Padel 54 Club Support Team, you’ll be the face and energy of the club , ensuring every member, visitor, and player experiences the welcoming, organised, and vibrant atmosphere that defines our community.

 

This role blends customer service, operations, and event coordination to help deliver a first-class experience both on and off the court.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Member & Guest Experience: Welcome players, assist with check-ins, and provide information on court bookings, memberships, and upcoming events.

  • Event & Tournament Support: Help organise and manage tournaments, clinics, and social events, from registrations (via Playtomic) to on-the-day coordination.

  • Club Operations: Maintain smooth daily operations including opening/closing procedures, equipment checks, and general upkeep of courts and facilities.

  • Retail & Merchandise: Support product sales (rackets, apparel, accessories), assist with inventory tracking, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

  • Community Engagement: Contribute to the club’s community culture, helping members connect, sharing updates, and supporting Padel 54’s “Court + Culture” initiatives.

  • Administrative Support: Manage bookings, update player databases, handle basic communications, and assist management with day-to-day admin tasks.

 

 

Key Skills & Attributes

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, professional, and approachable.

  • Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

  • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Playtomic, POS systems, scheduling software).

  • Enthusiasm for padel, sport, and community engagement.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

 

 

Preferred Experience

 

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, or sports club environment.

  • Familiarity with padel, tennis, or other racquet sports.

  • Event support or retail experience is an advantage.
