BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Padel 54, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our members and guests. To maintain the highest standards of service, our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

All bookings are created & hosted via the Playtomic App & network.  For technical help & support please contact Playtomic directly.

Playtomic Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours’ Notice.  This is minimum standard throughout the Playtomic network worldwide.

"Open Matches" work in a different way & are managed via the Playtomic network and have different cancellation policies set out & automated by Playtomic, please visit the help zone on the app to familiarise yourself with how they work.


If you do not cancel a court reservation with more than 24-hour’s notice, the booking fee will be charged & this is non-refundable.

If a booking is made into a split payment & all 4 spaces are not fulfilled within the cancellation timeframe, the outstanding balance will be charged to the "Owner" who created the booking & this is non-refundable.  


You can advertise for players on the club’s WhatsApp group, or the club can attempt to find more players if you find yourself short, but we require suitable notice to help find players.  It is your responsibility to fulfil the required players to complete a booking in a private reservation.
