From early morning pre-match flat whites to post-game social drinks, you’ll help shape the energy of the club off the court, building connections, remembering names, and making every member and guest feel like part of something special.

 

This role blends hospitality, personality, and community engagement to deliver a premium yet relaxed experience that reflects the spirit of Padel 54.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Guest Experience & Atmosphere

Create a welcoming, high-energy environment. Engage with members, learn names, build rapport, and make the space feel like a social hub, not just a coffee counter.

 

Coffee & Beverage Service

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks with consistency and care. Maintain presentation standards that reflect the premium feel of Padel 54.

 

Social Space Operations

Manage daily opening/closing procedures, maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/coffee area, and ensure the space always looks inviting and on-brand.

 

Event Support

Assist during tournaments, socials, and club events by managing increased service flow, supporting themed evenings, and contributing to the atmosphere that makes Padel 54 different.

 

Retail & Product Display

Support light retail sales (snacks, drinks, merchandise), maintain visual presentation, and monitor stock levels.

 

Community Contribution

Embrace and promote the Padel 54 “Court + Culture” ethos — encouraging connection, conversation, and a sense of belonging within the club.

Preferred Experience

 

• Previous barista or hospitality experience

• Experience in a busy café, bar, or premium leisure environment

• Interest in sport, wellness, or community-led spaces
