As our International Padel Coach, you’ll be the face and energy of our academy, bringing worldclass coaching expertise to players of every level and ensuring each session reflects the professionalism, passion, and performance standards our club is known for.

 

This role blends technical coaching, player development, and program design to deliver a firstclass training experience on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Coaching & Player Development: Deliver structured, high-quality lessons for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors, covering technique, tactics, and match play.

 

• Program & Curriculum Design: Design and adapt coaching programs, clinics, and camps in line with international padel coaching standards and best practices.

 

• Tournament & Competition Support: Prepare players for tournaments and leagues, including match analysis, strategy sessions, and on-the-day support.

 

• Academy Operations: Coordinate lesson scheduling, court allocation, and equipment standards to keep training sessions running smoothly.

 

• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with members, foster an inclusive coaching culture, and support the club’s wider community initiatives.

 

• Administrative Support: Track player progress, manage bookings, and communicate updates to members and management. Key Skills & Attributes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly, professional, and approachable.

 

• Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented in planning and delivering sessions.

 

• Team-player mindset with the ability to lead sessions independently. • Comfortable using coaching, scheduling, and video analysis tools (e.g. Playtomic).

 

• Genuine passion for padel, player development, and community engagement.

 

• Flexibility to coach evenings, weekends, and event days as required.

 

• Ability to relocate or travel internationally, and to coach players from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

 

• Minimum of 5 years’ coaching experience, including international or cross-border coaching.

 

• Recognised padel coaching certification (e.g. FIP, national federation, or equivalent).

 

• Proven track record coaching competitive or tournament-level players.

 

• Background in padel is must but also national tournament experience is advantageous.

 

• Experience running clinics, camps, or academy programs is an advantage.
